Hi, I’m Kayla - a mom of three and a former NICU parent. My daughter, Arielle, was born at 32 weeks, and after spending a month in the NICU, I realized a major gap in support for families.

One key challenge? Access to complimentary food and beverages to NICU families during such a difficult time. That’s why I created Arielle’s Snack Bar - a mission-driven initiative providing comforting, nourishing snacks to NICU families when they need them most.

The NICU journey is exhausting-mentally, emotionally, and physically. Parents often go hours without a proper meal while caring for their fragile newborns.

Arielle’s Snack Bar was founded to bridge this gap, ensuring NICU families have easy access to healthy, comforting, and convenient snacks-so they can focus on what truly matters: their little ones. Since our launch last year, we've raised over $43,000 to support the ongoing growth of Arielle's Snack Bar.
